Due to the variety of our products and usage, we provide the following guaranties.
Windows and doors:
3 to 5 years guarantee to PVC windows and doors (certificates provided upon customer’s request, subject to the quality class of the ordered product).
3 to 5 years guarantee to wooden windows and doors (certificates provided upon customer’s request, subject to the quality class of the ordered product).
3 to 10 years guarantee to all windows and doors mechanical gear made in Germany.
Within high-traffic areas (e.g., use of exterior doors in public areas) or when the windows and the doors have been installed in a new, still unsettled building, it may result in some insufficient tightness of the doors or it may cause higher wear on locks and binding. To fix these defects, please contact your windows installer company.
The guarantee will not cover the products against defects due to incorrect usage, maintenance conditions (temperature or moisture) and installation, when the product is installed by customer.
Armoured doors:
Up to 3 years guarantee for locks and other mechanical hardware and 5 years guarantee for door frame and all metal construction. Certificates issued by IFT Rozeinheim laboratory attest to exceptional quality and safety of the doors. It is the leading product in its class in the UK.
Stairs:
All stairs are covered by one year guarantee for the installation. The solid wood is made of glued multi-layered timber resistant to twisting, splitting, and other deformations.
The guarantee will not cover the products against defects due to incorrect usage, maintenance conditions (temperature or moisture), and installation when the product is installed by customer.
Single copy and limited edition products:
Outdoor stoneware, BBQ grills, carved oak furniture and other solid wood furniture stand for stability, durability and value increased over time. Creation of these pieces required lots of warmth, experience, and mastery; with proper use you will enjoy them for many years. |
