Smithcraft is commonly described as a hard iron art, requesting much physical strength and good orientation. Sometimes history of iron is even regarded as a miracle since its processing kept in step with art and became one of the most important forms of its expression.

By those photos we wanted to show you what it is possible to make out of metal and to encourage you to order something special for your home or as a gift to someone who is dear to you.

Shortly after you place your order, our dispatch department will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. In order to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) down, we operate a multi-drop delivery system and are not able to give a delivery time. Do I need to be present on the day of delivery to receive my goods?
We deliver to your Kerbside. Please ensure that someone is available all day, on the day of delivery who is capable of assisting the driver in unloading and checking the goods when they arrive. If there is not someone there present to receive the goods a re-delivery charge will be applied.
At the time of delivery please examine your ordered products carefully and agree or decline to sign the safe and proper delivery guarantee form and accept the products.
The product must be free of mechanical and other defects and must match the colour and size described in the agreement documentation. Since the products are custom-made to your individual order, we will not provide refunds or accept returns in case you simply no longer wish to have the product or are not satisfied with the price, or due to other similar reasons
How much does delivery cost? ( Applied for big items only as windows, doors,BBQ grills)
Delivery is free on all orders over £900 in total. All orders under £900 will require a delivery charge of £45.
All information pertaining to the orders and drawings and any information requests on products, are accepted and all inquiries responded to through our online inquiries form only. This will protect you and us from misunderstandings, discrepancy in information, and default.
