Prehistory:

12 years of rich and varied experience in high-end construction projects. That’s how much it took before I felt ready to found my own construction company in 2009. During those twelve years, I had an opportunity to work for world-class designers, such as Tino Zervudachi. Working under Zervudachi’s inspirational supervision, I developed a new sense of quality and class. It was my job to pass this exclusive knowledge on to my own team at Fussy Choice, knowledge that is necessary to satisfy the most demanding of clients in both residential and commercial sectors.

Projects:

Today our team consists of fourteen motivated professionals, each carrying at least 10 years of experience in the industry. We can easily manage projects in the range of £500.000 – £1.500.000. The crown jewel of our portfolio is our work for London’s largest credit union, the London Mutual Credit Union. We have constructed the credit union’s branch buildings in four different locations. The projects were implemented accordingly with the strict regulations for banking functions and security systems. All the LMCU buildings and interiors were fashioned in official LMCU brand style.
As for the residential sector, we are proud of our projects in Fulham, South Woodford, Kensington and Loughton. All projects were completed on time or before time, meeting all the demands and desires of our clients.
